Weekend trip abroad

If I could visit any city for the weekend, I'd visit Edmonton. I'd go to Rexall Place and watch my favorite hockey teams game and try to get some autographs from my favorite players. I'd also just go around the city and visit different shops and buy souvenirs from there.

Lamb to the Slaughter by Roald Dahl

First, Mary Maloney is waiting for her husband to come home from work. Her husband, Patrick came home from work and after a conversation between the two of them Mary kills her husband with a frozen lambs leg. After that she goes into a shock and decides to go cook dinner. He has to visit a grocery store for some vegetables. Third part is Mrs Maloney "finding" the body of her husband. Fourth part is investigating the murder, and the last part is the officers eating the murder weapon, lambs leg.

5. Now and again she would glance up at the clock, but without anxiety, merely please herself with the thought that each minute gone by made it nearer the time when he would come home.

7. The motive is Patrick's news that he told Mary.
8.They knew Patrick because Patrick was a police too.
9. Sam was the shop keeper.
10. First one is: " Here you all are, and good friends of Patrick's too, and helping to catch the man who killed him." Second one is: "Probably right under our very noses. What you think, Jack?"
11. If the police would take literally what they said about the murder weapon being right under their noses, they would understand that the lamb they are eating was the murder weapon.

Husbands monologue:
Mary, I've found someone else, someone who I love more than you. She's coming to live with me and you have to move away. You have a few days to pack your bags and then we will go and find you another apartment to live in.

A painting honoring a great actor Heath Ledger who passed away. It's a portray of the famous scene in The Dark Knight. This painting is one of my favorite works of art.

All of these artworks are nicely done. Most of them are street art but I wanted to show the J.R.R Tolkien painting because he's mostly known as a author but he was great a painting too.

Profile, Mark Wahlberg

Mark Wahlberg

Mark Wahlberg, born June 5, 1971 is an american actor, producer and a former rapper. He started out as a musician in a band named Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, but later transitioned to acting. 

Mark was born in Boston, Massachusetts and he has eight siblings.

When Wahlberg was young, he was a really troubled man. He had served time in jail for assaults, and was addicted to drugs. He was in a street gang, but left it after he had spent some time in jail and decided to improve his behaviour. He started making music as 'Marky Mark' and made a few hit songs in the 1990s. 

Wahlberg began his acting career in 1993 in a tv film called The Substitute. Since then he has been in many movies and tv-series, for example: The Shooter (2007), The Fighter (2010) and Ted (2012).

Lady and the cat

So I came across this wonderful photoshopped picture of a lady holding a giant cat and decided to write a little story about it.

Once upon a time there was a old woman by the name of Gertrude. She was very lonely and decided to adopt a cat. She named the cat Whiskers. The cat brought much joy in her life, and the cat grew really big. 

Gertrude lived in a town close to Cambridge. One day Whiskers went missing and Gertrude became very worried. She was very old and could not go looking for Whiskers on her own. Her neighbor, Peter offered to help her. Peter started asking around about the cat, until few of the neighborhood kids had seen Whiskers earlier. They told Peter that they had seen the cat going in to an old warehouse nearby. 

Peter went there and looked for the cat. He found Whiskers in a box. He took the cat home and the box too because Whiskers would not leave without it. So everything went well, except for the fact that Gertrude died a few weeks after and Peter had to adopt Whiskers for himself.

2. I really like the song because the lyrics are very good and the melody is great.
3. The singer is a rapper named Ewan Wallace aka e-dubble. The song was published first of November in 2012, and it was part of e-dubbles EP called Reset.
4.The lyrics of the song are a bit more deeper than most of his songs, and they are very genuine in my opinion. Most rappers usually rap about partying, drugs and sex, but I enjoy these kind of lyrics that have a bigger meaning. I think the song feels a bit sad, because he's rapping about memories and his past, but at the same time it's very calming and nice.
